Early bird registration closes June 15th. Registration will close Aug. 3rd. Space permitting, you will be able to sign up late, but there will be a $75.00 late registration fee.
What if I decide I want to come at the last minute?
Spots are limited. We can't guarantee that you will have space, please register early.

What are the dates of the retreat?
Aug.17-25 2013.
What time should I arrive on the 17th and what time can I leave on the 25th?
Please arrive between 2pm and 5pm on the 17th. The first meal to be served will be dinner, at 5:30 pm. The retreat concludes at 4pm on the 25th. Do not make plans to leave earlier than that. If you cannot stay for the entire duration of the retreat, you may not attend.
It's cheaper for me to fly in on the 16th. Can I come to the camp a night early?
We are very sorry but because the work-study crew will be working until the very last minute to get the camp in shape for you, we cannot allow anyone to arrive early. But there are plenty of hotels in Prescott where you can stay the night before.
I can only get a few days off from work or can't afford to come for the whole retreat, can I just come to the retreat for a few days?
No. Coming and going will disturb the other retreatants. Sorry!
Why aren't you holding the retreat at a resort, or somewhere less rustic?
We would like as many people to attend as possible. Many of our students do not make much money and would not be able to afford a more expensive retreat. We searched many options, and Friendly Pines is our best option. The staff is friendly, the surroundings are gorgeous, and it is the perfect environment for meditation.
